Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Heat It To Beat It. The success of the event depends on the support of volunteers just like you.

We will confirm your assignment with you prior to the event.
The event will take place RAIN or SHINE. Please dress accordingly.
ARRIVAL TIME AND CHECK-IN:
VOLUNTEERS should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their assignment begins, and check in at volunteer check-in.
LOCATION and PARKING:
Eastern Regional Park
11723 Eastern Avenue, Middle River, MD 21220
Plenty of on-site parking.
ATTIRE:Volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt when they arrive. Dress comfortably! You will be standing and potentially walking for long periods of time. Tennis shoes or flats are recommended.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
Please leave valuables at home and plan to keep your purse with you or secured in your vehicle. We do not have places to store personal items.
OTHER:Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
